TED CRUZ IS A 'NATURAL BORN CITIZEN' REGARDLESS OF THE MISREPRESENTATIONS (LIES) BY HIS OPPONENTS AND HATERS

It has become amazing that folks have become so vulnerable as to fall for the misrepresentations of facts about Ted Cruz, particularly his citizenship. Below is the U.S. Code that was in effect at the time of Ted Cruz's birth in December 1970, so it applies to his status as a 'natural born citizen.' This paragraph has not been altered in all subsequent revisions to this code. A image of this code is provided below to verify its authenticity.

8 U.S. Code, Section 1401:

The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth:

(d) a person born outside of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is a citizen of the United States who has been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year prior to the birth of such person, and the other of whom is a national, but not a citizen of the United States;

Applying this eligibility clauses confirms that Ted Cruz is definitely a natural born citizen. Yes, Cruz was born in Canada on December 22, 1970, but his mother, Eleanor Darragh was born on November 23, 1934 in Wilmington, Delaware, and thus is and has always been a U.S. citizen; see birth certificate. The Cruz family moved to Canada in late 1970 as Cruz Sr. ran a company called R.B. Cruz and Associates, which provided computer-driven seismic maps to the oil industry. Four years after their arrival in Canada and four years after the birth of Rafael Edward Cruz, the bottom fell out of the oil business and the Cruz family left and moved to Texas. Cruz Sr. became an evangelist minister in Texas. Regarding the question of whether Cruz Sr. was a national, he was as a result of his marriage to his first wife, a U.S. citizen, Julia Anne Garza, with whom he had two daughters.

The crazed haters of Cruz would have you believe that a person's "natural born citizen" status provided for in the 8 U.S. Code, Section 1401 (d) can be summarily voided - by what law is it possible to strip a person of his/her citizenship status they acquire at birth? The law is so clear and precise on this matter that it clearly shows the Trumpkins will stoop to whatever dirt level they think they can away with in order to shove their con man down our throats.
